Justin Anderson, who co-founded the Nationals with Randy Merryman, has been the hitting coordinator for Midwest Nationals Baseball since 2004 and served as hitting coach on the blue team from 2001-2008.

Coach Anderson is considered one of the top hitting instructors in the area. Justin also is involved in player recruitment and is in charge of position player evaluation for the organization.
